Cancelling an order

You must cancel within one hour of placing the order. To cancel, enter the order number and ZIP code by email us at questions@simplysmartscreens.com

 

How long you have to return an item

You can return most items within 30 days of the original order date.

 

Making a return

Simply Smart Screens require a return authorization number so we can process your return credit accurately and quickly.

To return your Simply Smart Screen, first find the order that was sent in your order confirmation and email us at questions@simplysmartscreens.com.

 

Returning damaged or defective items

Inspect your order for damage as soon as it arrives. If you received damaged merchandise, please submit for your return within 10 days of receipt.

 

Shipping

As a service to our customers, we email a link to a UPS return label during the return process for most authorized returns, for addresses in the contiguous 48 states. The emailed link to the UPS label expires.

UPS return labels are available for returns to addresses in the 48 contiguous states only. We provide a return authorization number to customers outside the 48 contiguous states, but they're responsible for returning the package.
